On Vistaar and Sansthan, no — the platform fee is 0%. On Shuru we charge 5% of sales, which is how the entry price stays at ₹1,499. Your payment gateway will still charge its own processing fee (roughly 2% plus GST) because the money moves through your merchant account, not ours. We never touch your funds.
You do, completely. Learner names, phone numbers, emails, progress and purchase history are exportable to CSV at any time from your dashboard, including on the trial. Original video masters are downloadable too. We do not market to your learners, and we never sell or share your list.
Real, and no platform can promise zero leaks. What we can do is make leaking traceable and expensive: encrypted HLS delivery, a forensic watermark carrying the learner’s phone number moving across the frame, device limits, concurrent-session termination, and screen-record blocking on the Android app. When something surfaces on Telegram, you can usually name the enrolment ID within hours.
Yes, and migration is included free on Vistaar and Sansthan. We lift your videos, lesson order, quizzes and PDFs across, rebuild the course structure to match, and bulk-issue logins to existing students so nobody loses access. Typical turnaround for a 40-lesson course is three working days.
